Windham Selectman Arrested On Assault, Other Charges: Police Log

WINDHAM, NH — Fallon R. Andrews, 20, of Westbow Street in Franklin, was arrested at 1:28 a.m. on June 3, 2017, for unlawful possession. She was arrested after police were sent to Woodvue Road for a report of a suspicious person.

Raymond A. Beal, 46, of West Bow Street in Franklin, received a summons at 7:24 p.m. on May 29, 2017, for suspension of vehicle registration. He was served after a traffic stop on I-93 North/Indian Rock Road in the area of the scales.

Joel Desilets, 32, of Candlewood Road in Windham, was arrested at 12:35 a.m. on May 28, 2017, for simple assault, resisting arrest or detention, and disorderly conduct. He was arrested after an alleged incident at the Old School Bar and Grill on Range Road.
