Windham Teen Among 16 Checkpoint Arrests
Law enforcement agencies conducted a 390-vehicle sobriety checkpoint on Ocean Boulevard.

A Windham 18-year-old was among the 16 people arrested Friday night during a sobriety checkpoint on Route 1A in Seabrook, according to the New Hampshire State Police Troop A.
State police said a total of 390 vehicles were screened during the checkpoint, which was held in conjunction with the Hampton Police Department, and the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office, and the New Hampshire Department of Safety Office of Emergency Management.
The following individuals were arrested as a result of the checkpoint:

- Randy Littlefield, 21, of Seabrook, was charged with transportation of drugs.
- William S. Guerrero, 20, of Leominster, Mass., was charged with possession of drugs.
- Lynn M. Champagne, 20, of Lunenburg, Mass., was charged with possession of drugs.
- Michael Joaquin, 48, of Hampton, was charged with driving while intoxicated.
- James D. Duffy, 45, of Salisbury, Mass., was charged with DWI.
- Thomas M. Lafollette, 28, of Methuen, Mass., was charged with DWI (subsequent offense).
- Mollie E. Haberman, 18, of Windham, was charged with DWI.
- Jennifer J. Owens, 30 of Salisbury, Mass., was charged with DWI.
- Benjamin R. Shaw, 28 of Groveland, Mass., was charged with DWI.
- Anthony J. Beaulieu, 46, of Lawrence, Mass., was charged with DWI.
- Sonia S. Arruda, 29, of Somerville, Mass., was charged with reckless driving.
- Judith Kuczwara, 46, of Derry, was charged with DWI.
- Devine T. Irvine, 21, of Raymond, was charged with DWI.
- Philip E. Knowles, 42, of Hudson, Mass., was charged with DWI.
- William R. Bagley, 66, of Georgetown, Mass., was charged with DWI.
- William Belliveau, 45, of Groveland, Mass., was charged with DWI.
Lt. Gary J. Wood, the Troop A commander, said the "New Hampshire State Police is committed to using the Sobriety Checkpoint as a tool to deter, detect, and apprehend" impaired drivers.
