Windham Votes on Saturday, March 18
The town election was postponed but the voting will be underway at Windham High School from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday. Here are the details.

WINDHAM, NH — Windham’s postponed town election will be held from 7 a.m. until 8 p.m. on Saturday, March 18, 2017. On the town ballot, voters will choose between three Board of Selectmen candidates – Galen Stearns as well as incumbents Bruce Breton and Joel Desilets.
Three candidates are also running for two Planning Board seats: Matthew Road, Margaret Crisler, and Paul Gosselin. All the other town races are unopposed.
Voters will also decide whether or not to spend $850,000 on a new fire ladder truck as well as creating trust funds. The town will also consider numerous union contracts and other items.

On the school board ballot, four candidates are vying for two seats: Rob Breton, Ken Eyring, Cynthia Finn, and Keleigh McAllister.
Voters will also decide whether to spend $38.9 million on a renovated and addition at Golden Brook School. A gym expansion at the Golden Brook School and field expansion at the middle school will also be considered. Voters will also consider a $49.99 million school budget. If it’s not approved, the school system will receive a $49.2 million budget.
