The highest wind gusts will be upwards of 30-35 MPH near the coast, with Small Craft Advisories and Gale Warnings in effect for the marine zones.

In addition to strong winds, multiple rounds of coastal flooding are also expected throughout the week.

A Coastal Flood Advisory remains in effect for Tuesday evening's high tide as widespread minor tidal flooding is forecast for Ocean, Atlantic, Cape May, Atlantic Coastal Cape May, Coastal Atlantic, Coastal Ocean and Southeastern Burlington Counties.

Additional tidal flooding is also expected through at least Wednesday night, forecasters said.

"Currently, Wednesday evening's high tide is the one of most concern, with widespread minor to low-end moderate tidal flooding," the National Weather Service said.
