Somebody in New Jersey may have started the day a couple hundred million dollars richer.
A Powerball ticket worth $847 million has been sold in the Garden State, and lottery officials are waiting for the winner to claim their prize.
Wednesday night's Powerball drawing matched numbers that were sold in New Jersey, though the exact location and identity of the winner remain to be seen.
The winner can take a one-time payment of roughly $363.1 million, the ninth-largest Powerball jackpot ever won, or take the prize as an annuity paid over 29 years.
Wednesday's winning numbers were 15, 34, 41, 53 and 56. The red Powerball was 21, with the Power Play multiplier being 2.
The winner should contact the New Jersey State Lottery Headquarters at 609-599-5800.
