As of 4:56 p.m., there's flooding on the New Jersey Turnpike/I-95 local lanes northbound North of Exit 69 - I-80 in Teaneck Twp. All lanes blocked, use Alternate Route.
As of 4:37 p.m., there's flooding on NJ 17 northbound North of US 46 in Hasbrouck Heights. All lanes and right shoulder closed, 10-15 minute delay.

As of 4:36 p.m., there's an overturned dump truck on NJ 21 northbound North of Exit 7 - Main St in Belleville Twp. 2 left lanes closed, 10-15 minute delay.
As of 4:29 p.m., there's flooding on the George Washington Bridge lower level eastbound ramp to Exit 1B - Harlem River Drive/Amsterdam Avenue in New York. All lanes closed.
As of 4:15 p.m., there's flooding on NJ 17 northbound North of US 46 in Hasbrouck Heights. 1 left lane and right shoulder closed, 10-15 minute delay.
As of 4:00 p.m., there's an overturned dump truck on NJ 21 northbound North of Exit 7 - Main St in Belleville Twp. All lanes closed, 10-15 minute delay.
As of 3:57 p.m., there's a crash on I-280 westbound West of Exit 12 - Garden State Parkway in East Orange. 1 right lane closed.
As of 3:48 p.m., there's flooding on NJ 4 westbound at New Jersey Turnpike/I-95/George Washington Bridge in Fort Lee. 1 left lane closed, 10-minute delay.
As of 3:26 p.m., there's flooding on NJ 4 westbound West of Hackensack Ave in Hackensack. 2 right lanes closed.
Central Jersey
As of 4:30 p.m., there's a crash on US 1 southbound North of Grandview Av in Edison Twp. 1 center lane closed.
As of 4:12 p.m., there are delays on US 9 northbound from NJ 70 in Toms River Twp to CR 526/County Line Rd in Lakewood Twp. Current travel time is 20-25 minutes.
As of 2:50 p.m., there's a downed tree on US 9 northbound ramp to CR 3/Tennent Rd in Manalapan Twp. 1 right lane closed, ramp closed. Use caution.
South Jersey
As of 4:17 p.m., there are Delays on I-295 southbound from Exit 29 - US 30 in Barrington to Exit 26N - I-76/I-676 in Bellmawr. Current travel time is 10-15 minutes.
Transit Updates
Pascack Valley Line rail service is subject to up to 45-minute delays in both directions due to weather-related conditions.
Morris & Essex Line rail service is subject to up to 20-minute delays between Summit and Dover, due to weather-related overhead wire issues.
Pascack Valley Line train #1653, the 3:48 p.m. arrival into New Bridge Landing, was canceled due to equipment issues resulting from earlier mechanical issues. Take train #1625, the 5:12 p.m. arrival into New Bridge Landing.
Montclair-Boonton Line train #6263, the 4:52 p.m. PSNY departure is canceled due to equipment availability. Take train #6647, the 5:14 p.m. PSNY departure. Change at Newark Broad St for train #267, the 5:41 p.m. departure.
Morris & Essex Line train #485, the 4:48 p.m. arrival into Bernardsville, is up to 20-minutes late due to earlier mechanical issues.
Atlantic City Line train #4628, the 3:35 p.m. Philadelphia 30th St arrival is up to 45 min late due to earlier Vice Presidential visit.
Main/Bergen/Port Jervis Line train #1159, the 3:46 p.m. arrival into Suffern was canceled at Secaucus due to equipment issues resulting from earlier signal issues. Take train #1161, the 4:32 PM arrival into Suffern.
All other NJ Transit rail lines are running on or close to schedule.
Weather
Rain has fallen throughout Monday afternoon, with 1.5 to 2.5 inches already hitting parts of North Jersey. A severe-thunderstorm watch for almost all of the entire state — except Cape May, Cumberland and Salem Counties — remains in effect until 10 p.m. Monday. The National Weather Service also issued a flash-flood warning until 4:30 p.m. Monday for Bergen, Hudson, nothern Essex and eastern Passaic Counties. The agency warned of "life-threatening" flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.
