A Vineland man admitted speeding and driving under the influence in a 2020 crash that killed three people, a report said.

CUMBERLAND COUNTY, NJ — A Vineland man admitted speeding and driving under the influence in a 2020 crash that killed three people, a report said.

Modesto Pino, 37, was indicted on 15 charges in the crash last September, according to NJ.com. His blood alcohol level was measured at 0.209 percent, and he was traveling more than 90 miles per hour when he hit another driver on Nov. 1, 2020.

Iban Garcia-Ruiz, his wife Elisa Perez-Hernandez, and their 1-year-old son Ivan died as a result of the crash, NJ.com reported. Another child was seriously injured.
