Slippery Roads Expected As Snow Falls Across NJ
With cold temperatures, many roads are currently below freezing and may quickly become slippery with just a coating of snow in NJ.
NEW JERSEY —Drivers heading out should take extra care on Thursday as falling snow could bring the possibility for slippery roads in New Jersey.
"Watch for a bit of snow through midday, especially [northwest] of I-95 - roads are cold now, and any pavement accumulations can cause slippery roads," according to US National Weather Service Philadelphia/Mount Holly(NWS).

While most of the Garden State is expected to see flurries, accumulations will likely stay less than an inch.
