New Asbury Park Condo Units On Planning Board Agenda
44 condo units are on the Asbury Park Planning Board agenda on Monday night. Here's what you need to know:
ASBURY PARK, NJ - The Asbury Park Planning Board is slated to hear the preliminary and major site plan for 44 new condo units in the city, according to planning board documents.
Applicant K. Hovnanian Holdings, LLC is seeking to build 17 residential units along 3rd Avenue and Bergh Street and 27 residential units along 2nd Avenue with minor subdivision, according to the April 4 meeting agenda.
215 Second Avenue and 1006 Bergh Street are set to total 23,652 square feet with three stories each, per planning board documents.
