City Of Asbury Park Lawn Signs, Stickers & Banners Prohibited On Municipal Property

Please be aware, posting signage of any type, including lawn signs, stickers or banners, on municipal property without proper approval is prohibited. (Section 30-61.3.e of the Land Development Ordinance). Municipal property includes, but is not limited to, City Hall, the Transportation Center, municipal parking areas, parks, plazas, schools, and the green space between sidewalks and the roadway. It also includes the buildings, railings, fences and green spaces in those areas. Violators are subject to summonses and fines.
