Fugitive In Murder Of Girlfriend's Father Captured In NJ: Police
The fugitive, wanted for 5 months, and his girlfriend killed her father and hid the body, police said. A neighbor complained of a foul odor.

Police have captured a 24-year-old man in New Jersey who was wanted for five months since he and his girlfriend killed her father, and then attempted to hide his body, according to the State Police.
Quahzier Bouie, 24, of Windsor Locks, Ct. was wanted in connection to a November 2018 murder investigation in his hometown. Detectives ultimately determined that he was staying at a residence in Neptune in Monmouth County and captured him this past week, police said.
Bouie is the boyfriend of Jessica Keene and the father of their child. Jessica Keene was charged with first-degree murder in connection to the death of her father Michael Keene, 51, and was held on $1 million bond, police said.

"An extensive investigation continued resulting in probable cause being established implicating Bouie in the stabbing death of Michael Keene," police said in a statement.
Police began investigating the case in November when a neighbor complained of a foul odor coming from Michael Keene's apartment.

When police searched the apartment, they found Michael Keene's body stuffed into a plastic bin and covered with a green comforter. He had suffered sharp force injuries to the neck torso, according to a police report, and his death was ruled a homicide.
Jessica Keene later admitted to police stabbing her father following a dispute Nov. 17. She was allegedly angry because her father called her boyfriend a racial slur. He was also drunk and came at her, so she said she defended herself.
However, following the admission, Jessica Keene refused to cooperate with police.
On Wednesday, March 27, the State Police and the Windsor Locks Police Department located Bouie at the Neptune residence and arrested him without incident.
Bouie was charged with being a fugitive of justice and lodged at Monmouth County Jail pending extradition back to Connecticut.
Bouie was charged by the Windsor Locks Police Department with murder, conspiracy to commit murder and tampering with evidence. State Police detectives from the Fugitive Unit were contacted by Windsor Locks detectives to assist with locating Bouie.
