Neptune City Man Charged With 2 Asbury Park Shootings
On May 11 of this year, someone fired a gun down the 100 block of Ridge Avenue in Asbury Park. A home, with residents inside, was struck.
NEPTUNE CITY, NJ — A Neptune City man who was involved in two separate shooting incidents in Asbury Park has been arrested, Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond Santiago announced Thursday.
Police say Kwalsky Narcisse, 24, of Neptune City, fired a gun near the Prospect Avenue basketball courts in October 2021, and then fired a gun at a private home in May of this year.
He has been charged with two counts of first-degree attempted murder, theft, illegal gun ownership and other criminal charges.

Police say he was responsible for a struggle and then shots fired at the Prospect Avenue basketball courts at approximately 11:30 p.m. Oct. 1, 2021. No victims were injured.
Then at 1:14 a.m. on May 11, 2023 someone fired a gun in the area of the 100 block of Ridge Avenue. A home in that area was struck by a single gunshot. Again, nobody was hit by the gunfire but the home was occupied at the time of the shooting. Someone in a 2018 Kia Optima was seen fleeing the scene.

It was later determined that the Kia had been stolen, and Narcisse was responsible for the shots-fired incident.
Narcisse was located and arrested without incident by members of the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office and the U.S. Marshals Service New York/New Jersey Regional Fugitive Task Force.
