Parklet Party Celebrates International PARK Day In Asbury Park
Join the city as it kicks off the weekend and celebrates International PARK(ing) Day.

ASBURY PARK – This past June, the city of Asbury Park installed a parklet in front of 619 Cookman. Parklets are extensions of the sidewalk, from the curb into the street, which can include public seating, art, plants and other elements.
They are typically located in one or more parking spots and protected from traffic. They build community by serving as a place to gather, celebrate, eat, work and play
Join the city as it kicks off the weekend and celebrates International PARK(ing) Day with an acoustic performance by local duo, The Well Wish, on Friday, 9/20 @5pm at The Parklet (in front of 619 Cookman Avenue).
