Police Ask Public For Leads On Oct. 6 Fatal Shooting Of Neptune Man
The Monmouth County Prosecutor pleaded with anyone in Neptune to share what they know about the Oct. 6 fatal shooting of Devin Stout.
NEPTUNE, NJ — The Monmouth County Prosecutor's office is continuing to investigate a fatal shooting that took place in Neptune Township in early October, and the prosecutor is now asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspect or suspects responsible.
Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond Santiago made the request of the public Thursday, and his office also released new details about the Oct. 6 fatal shooting of Devin Agolio-Stout.
At approximately 10:48 p.m. that day, Neptune Township Police responded to the 1700 block of Heck Avenue for a report of shots fired.

Upon arrival, officers discovered the Agolio-Stout 26, of Neptune Township, who was located in the driver’s seat of his car, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
Stout was rushed to a local hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.

“The holiday season is upon us and we have a family who will no longer be celebrating with their loved one. They deserve justice for the loss of their family member,” Prosecutor Santiago said.
He pleaded with anyone in Neptune Township to share what they know about this man's death.
“I cannot stress enough that as a community, we need to come together and share information that may assist our detectives in making an arrest. If you know something, we need you to please come forward," pleaded the prosecutor.
