2 Waretown Residents Charged In Walmart Incidents: Police
One man climbed the fence and kicked open the door in the garden center, setting off the alarm, police said.

Two Waretown residents were charged in separate incidents Jan. 21 at Walmart in Lanoka Harbor, police said. One trespassed, and the other shoplifted valuable merchandise, according to police.
Michele Saparano, 49, of Bryant Road, stole $443 worth of merchandise at about 6 p.m., police said. Cops also found she had a hypodermic syringe, authorities said. She was held in the Ocean County Correctional Facility to await a hearing, according to police.
Two hours later, a man climbed the fence and kicked open the door in the garden center, setting off the alarm, police said. Police investigated the scene and charged Roger J. Hanson, 33, of Nautilis Drive, with trespassing, according to authorities.

Hanson also had an outstanding warrant from Atlantic City Municipal Court, police said. He was released from police quarters on his own recognizance by Atlantic City Municipal Court, police said.
