• Promise Keepers Brings 'Wake-Up Call' Men's Conference to Barnegat This November (tapinto.net) — A large Promise Keepers "Wake-Up Call" men's conference is coming to Bayside Chapel on West Bay Avenue in Barnegat this November, offering a full day of worship and teaching for ages 12 and up. Local men are invited to register online for the 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. gathering, which focuses on faith, family roles, and spiritual renewal.
   

• Oakcrest Outlasts Barnegat in Three-Set Girls Volleyball Thriller (tapinto.net) — Barnegat High School's girls volleyball team pushed Oakcrest to three sets at home before falling 2–1 in a tight early-season match. Despite the loss, Barnegat showed strong stretches, especially in a dominant second set, and will look to turn that energy into its first win in the next outing.
