Another Star In The Making - Clark Harris' Toddler Son Belts Out National Anthem At SR Basketball Game

Cincinnati Bengals' Harris, a Southern Regional graduate, may not be the only star in the family.

Clark and Jennifer Harris’ two-year-old son Trent is starting early.

Harris - a Southern Regional graduate and now a long snapper for the Cincinnati Bengals - brought toddler Trent to a recent Southern Regional basketball game.

His father walked his son out to center court, knelt down and handed him a microphone. The little boy flawlessly sang the National Anthem, much to the delight of the crowd, which erupted into applause and cheers..

Harris is the 2002 Southern Regional graduate who earned himself a spot in the NFL after a stellar high school football career and a solid collegiate football career at Rutgers. Harris currently is the long snapper for the Cincinnati Bengals, but he still comes home to visit his family who still live in Manahawkin.

Harris’s brother, Jim Hutchinson Jr., said little Trent had been wanting to sing before a crowd for a while before his parents let him.
