Bankruptcy Attorney May Put Surflight Up For Sale Or Auction
Former director Steve Steiner's latest offer to buy Beach Haven was rejected.

Steve Steiner isn’t giving up.
The former director of the Surflight Theatre has vowed to continue the fight to buy the Beach Haven landmark and continue to operate it as a theater, according to The Sandpaper.

But it seems he may have some competition. The court-appointed bankruptcy attorney rejected Steiner‘s second bid and said there were offers that were much higher.
There is so much interest that Red Bank attorney John McDonnell said he is considering putting the property up for sale or auction, according to the article.
