Barnegat Schools Set Delayed Opening Monday In Storm Aftermath
The district said schools will have a delayed opening; frigid temperatures and icy roads are anticipated in the morning.
BARNEGAT, NJ — As cleanup from Saturday's blizzard continues in Barnegat Township, school district officials have announced schools will have a delayed opening Monday.
Schools will open two hours late, according to the district's website. There is an additional schedule breakdown for Barnegat High School students.
The Ocean County Vocational-Technical Schools are closed on Monday.

Here are the start times for the district's schools on the delayed opening schedule:
- Barnegat High School: 9:10 a.m.
- Russell O. Brackman Middle School: 9:40 a.m.
- Robert L. Horbelt School: 9:40 a.m.
- Joseph T. Donohue School: 10:50 a.m.
- Cecil S. Collins School: 10:20 a.m.
- Lillian M. Dunfee School: 11:30 a.m.
