The Barnegat Board of Education will hold its first regular meeting of 2011 at 6:30 p.m. today at Barnegat High School.
Among the items on the agenda, viewable on the district's website here, is the recognition of seven All-Shore athletes by athletic director John Germano.
Schools Superintendent Jason Bing's report will include updates on the school redesign project and progress toward district goals.

Can't make the meeting? Bing will hold town-hall style meeting at the Barnegat Library on the following dates:
- Jan. 20 at 7 p.m.
- Feb. 22 at 7 p.m.
- March 22 at 7 p.m.
