Book, Craft Fundraiser Planned At Barnegat Library Branch

BARNEGAT, NJ — The Barnegat Branch of the Ocean County Library will host a book and handcrafted treasures fundraiser sale from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 3, according to a press release. The fundraiser will benefit the Friends of the Barnegat Library.

Shoppers will be able to find books and handcrafted items during the sale at the branch, which is located at 112 Burr St. in Barnegat.

According to the announcement, the fundraiser is tied to the work of the Friends of the Library, which supports Ocean County Library branches at the local level. The group is a community resource that provides local support for the library system's branches.

Funds raised are used to expand programming at branches and support ongoing projects, according to the announcement.
