Join our registered dietitian at 10:30 AM, as she shares advice on foods that can help your heart health and long-term healthy eating lifestyle, while making budget-smart choices!

Do you know your numbers? Stop in between 12-2 PM for free health screenings that will be offered on site (fasting not required), including blood pressure, cholesterol, glucose, stroke risk assessment, and body mass index.

Registration encouraged, but not required. All are welcome!
