This Cozy Warren Grove Diner Was Named One Of NJ's Best Hidden Gems
Only In Your State said that this spot, tucked away in the Pine Barrens, is one of the best hidden gems in the state.

WARREN GROVE, NJ — Tucked away in the Pine Barrens lies one of New Jersey's best hidden gems, according to the popular travel site Only In Your State.
Located in Warren Grove, the southern-style Lucille's Luncheonette is off the beaten path but offers some truly delicious food, Only In Your State said.
"Barnegat is one of New Jersey's most underrated towns, but those who visit are likely only to explore its charming beachside area," the travel site wrote. "However, there is a whole other side to the town – bordering the Pine Barrens, a massive ecosystem best known as being the home to the legendary Jersey Devil."

This isn't the first time Lucille's Luncheonette has been lauded. Anthony Bourdain visited the spot in 2015 as part of "Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown" and is part of the food trail featuring 10 Jersey restaurants Bourdain visited.
The restaurant has been a part of the community since 1975. "This little roadside cafe on 539 quickly became the place to stop on the way to the Shore for visitors to LBI and became the place for the locals to venture to for a good home cooked meal when you didn't want to cook at home," the Lucille's Luncheonette website says.
Lucille's Luncheonette is located at 1496 Main St., Barnegat Township.
