Crash, Vehicle Flips On Garden State Parkway: Officials

A vehicle overturned on the Garden State Parkway on Tuesday morning, causing closures.

The accident involved an overturned vehicle in the left southbound lane at milepost 64.9 in Manahawkin, officials said. Injuries were unknown at press time.

One lane was blocked around 7:30 a.m. Allow for delays or use an alternate route.

There was also a crash on the Garden State Parkway in the southbound express lanes south of Exit 114 at Red Hill Road in Middletown. All lanes were open.
