Door Shattered, Vapes Stolen In Early Morning Manahawkin Theft: Police
A Manahawkin man broke the glass door at the Manahawkin Shell Tire & Auto and stole about $100 worth of vaping devices, police said.
MANAHAWKIN, NJ — A Manahawkin man was charged after breaking into the Manahawkin Shell Tire & Auto (700 Route 72 East) and stealing vapes, Stafford police said.
The burglary was reported shortly before 5 a.m. on Nov. 2, police said. At some point earlier that morning, someone had shattered the glass door, entered the store and stolen about $100 worth of vaping devices, police said.
Det. John Reed began an investigation and identified 33-year-old Robert J. Pawlowski as the suspect, police said.

Pawlowski was charged with burglary, theft and criminal mischief. He was served these charges on a summons with a future appearance in Ocean County Superior Court to be scheduled.
