Duo Faces Drugs, Weapons Charges After Bust At Southern Ocean Home: Police
Rudolf Kohl and Christine Ingelsby face multiple charges including first-degree distribution of a controlled dangerous substance.
LITTLE EGG HARBOR NJ — Two township residents face numerous drug and weapons charges following the execution of a court-authorized search warrant on Jan. 30, 2026, Little Egg Harbor police said.
Rudolf Kohl, 54, and Christine Ingelsby, 49, both of Little Egg Harbor, were arrested at a residence on Kadlubeck Way, police said.
The Little Egg Harbor Police Department Drug Enforcement Unit, assisted by the Ocean County Regional SWAT Team, carried out the search warrant. Probable cause for the warrant was established during a narcotics-related investigation. A systematic search of the residence was conducted by law enforcement officials.

During the search, about one pound seven ounces of methamphetamine were seized, police said. Officers also found about seventeen suboxone pills, one .410 Western field shotgun, and three machete-style knives. Drug paraphernalia, including multiple glass smoking devices and digital scales, was also recovered from the property, police said.
Kohl and Ingelsby were each charged with one count of first-degree distribution of a controlled dangerous substance. Both also face one count of second-degree possession of a firearm while committing a CDS crime, and one count of third-degree possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.

Additional charges for each individual include two counts of third-degree possession of a controlled dangerous substance, one count of third-degree money laundering, and one count of fourth-degree possession with the intent to distribute a controlled dangerous substance. Each also faces two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Following their arrests, both Kohl and Ingelsby were transported to the Ocean County Jail and lodged there pending future court proceedings.
