The Stafford branch of the Ocean County Library is having an "upcycling" craft for tweens on Monday, August 13th, at 3 pm. "Upcycling" is a play on the word "recycling." Instead of tossing old magazines into the recycling bin, we will improve them by turning them into something useful and fun, such as beads, boxes, and bags. All materials will be provided. Participants are asked to dress appropriately for a messy craft.
