Farmers Market Returns This Week: Barnegat-Manahawkin Monday Manual

BARNEGAT-MANAHAWKIN, NJ —The popular Barnegat Farmers Market returns for the season this week.

Welcome to the June 24 edition of the Monday Manual, highlighting important and fun events in Barnegat and Manahawkin.

Here's what's in store this week:

Tuesday, June 25

The Barnegat Planning Board meets at 900 W. Bay Ave. at 6:30 p.m.

Barnegat Recreation is hosting Family Fun Nights at the recreation center (900 W. Bay Ave.). From 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. enjoy "Cones With A Cop" this week. Pre-registration is required, click here.

Wednesday, June 26

Beach Haven holds their farmers market at Walsh Field from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Barnegat Pride is hosting a meet and greet with Ashley Brundage from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at 900 W. Bay Ave.

Thursday, June 27

Shop local goods at the Barnegat Farmers Market, located at 14 Birdsall St. It runs 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The Summer Picnic Party kicks off the summer season at John C. Bartlett, Jr. County Park at Berkeley Island from 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Admission is free and there will be live music, games and food trucks.

Friday, June 28

Kids can touch a truck at Jakes Branch County Park from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The first half hour is sensory friendly for kids with special needs.
