Five Vying For Three Seats On Barnegat Board Of Ed

Five residents - including one incumbent - have filed to run for the three, three-year terms available on the Barnegat Board of Education, according to the Ocean County Clerk’s Office.

Kelly Sawick, 18 Teakwood Lane, is running for another term. Also filing were Walter Sanford, 109 Burr Street, Robert Geddes, 10 Brixam Corner, Maria Pereira, 68 First Street, and Gary Brown, 33 Jon Drive.

Penelope LeCain, 200 Newark Road South and Joseph Marte, 1 Sable Court, filed to run for the one-year unexpired term.
