Forked River Staples Store Among Those Affected by Data Breach

Staples has confirmed a data breach, including the Staples location in Forked River.

The Forked River Staples is located at 300 North Main Street. The dates during which the data was at risk are Aug. 10 through Sept. 16 of this year, during the ”Back to School” rush.

More than 1 million consumers who paid with a debit card or credit card may have had their information compromised.

The following list was includes Staples locations in New Jersey and the dates in which the data was at risk:

• 506 West Mount Pleasant Ave., Livingston 07039 – Aug. 10 through Sept. 16, 2014
• 701 State Route 440, Space 16, Jersey City 07304 – July 20 through Sept. 16, 2014
• 1515 Route 35, North Middletown 07748 – Aug. 10 through Sept. 16, 2014
• 1300 Route 17, North Ramsey 07446 – Aug. 10 through Sept. 16, 2014
• Mid State Mall, 300 Route 18 Northeast, Brunswick 08816 – Aug. 10 through Sept. 16, 2014
• 300 North Main Street, Forked River 08731 – Aug. 10 through Sept. 16, 2014
