Girl Scout Cookie Sales Return: Where To Get Yours In Barnegat
Jan. 11 marked the start of Girl Scout cookie season. Here's when and where to get your hands on some.

BARNEGAT-MANAHAWKIN, NJ — Here's some sweet news - Girl Scout cookie season has officially begun.
Sales of the delicious treats started on Jan. 11 and will run through March 3.
If you're not lucky enough to know a Girl Scout and have to get your cookies from a booth, note that they won't start in the Barnegat-Manahawkin area until February. You can click this link to see specific dates, times and locations of the booths.

The Girl Scouts of Central and Southern New Jersey (GSCSNJ) also offer an online ordering option. GSCSNJ will offset the shipping cost on the purchase of 9-12 boxes of cookies when purchased between Jan. 11- 20, 2024. So contact your Girl Scout for their online cookie link.
Also, the Cookie Share Program allows customers to purchase cookies that will be donated to the Community Foodbank of New Jersey for distribution to food banks throughout Central and Southern New Jersey.

Girl Scouts who sell more than 12 boxes of cookies through the Cookie Share Program will earn a special patch for integrating community giving into their cookie business. And customers who purchase five or more packages are automatically entered into weekly raffles to win two free packages of cookies.
Its more than just a fundraiser. Girl Scouts’ recently updated the Financial Literacy badges offering entrepreneurial playbooks for every age level. From the Goal Setting badge earned by the youngest Daisy Girl Scouts to the Entrepreneur Accelerator badge earned as an Ambassador, the Girl Scout Cookie Program teaches girls financial literacy, planning, budgeting, teamwork, innovative thinking, and confident decision making.
