Incredible Video, Pictures Of Waterspout Off LBI
The heavy rains also brought an incredible tornado-like waterspout to the Jersey Shore. See the pictures and videos of it.

The heavy rains brought a lot of trouble to New Jersey on Monday, but they also brought something unique: a tornado-like waterspout.
The waterspout was captured by a variety of people on social media as it rolled over the water off Long Beach Island on Monday.
The National Weather Service said the waterspout appeared at 6:50 a.m., basically acting like a tornado on the water. This one, however, was "very brief" and "weak" and was about 2 or 3 miles off Ship Bottom.
