This LBI Beach Is Now The Best In NJ: Report
A recent report ranking all of New Jersey's 44 beaches said that this Long Beach Island spot has taken number one.
LONG BEACH ISLAND, NJ — LBI is the quintessential New Jersey vacation spot. Whether you're a local or a Benny, it's a great place to be. And one of its beaches was chosen the best in the entire state.
NJ.com released their yearly ranking of all of NJ's 44 beaches, from worst to best. This year, there's a new best beach, and it's no surprise to its fans.
Beach Haven was chosen as NJ's number one beach, the report said. It usually ranks in the top four, according to the report, but this year it made it to the top.

"Beach Haven’s mellow vibe combined with a pristine beach and some of the best surrounding food and entertainment in the state make it a truly perfect beach destination," the report said.
LBI itself was recently ranked as one of the country's best vacation destinations, but this report said that Beach Haven was the best of the best.
