LBI's Fantasy Island Gets Two New Rides, Upgrades
Fantasy Island Amusement Park will feature a Beachy Tea Cup Rise and Sky Tower.

BEACH HAVEN, N.J. — Fantasy Island Amusement Park will feature two new rides for the summer season. The park will feature a Beachy Tea Cup Ride and a Sky Tower.
The teacup ride features custom-designed beach balls, surfboards and local beach badges. The Sky Tower ride exceeds the park's previous tower, Drop Zone, by 30 feet.
Fantasy Island also overhauled its ice cream shop, which will features treats from Thomas Sweet and Hershey. New menu items will include milkshakes served in Fantasy Island souvenir mason jars.

"What better way to cap off a day on the island than with a spin in a teacup that reminds you of the beach, a drop from a tower that looks like the Barnegat Lighthouse, and a visit to our new ice cream shop?” CEO Brian Wainwright said in a statement.
Park rides and outdoor games will open for weekends May 18 and daily June 14. The arcade is currently open weekends and will be open daily May 16.
