STAFFORD, NJ — A Barnegat man was charged with harassment after an investigation into complaints of lewd activity on Stafford Avenue, police said.
William MacDonald, 79, of Barnegat repeatedly approached a man near the Bridge to Nowhere and solicited him "to engage in unlawful activities," Stafford police said.
