Long Beach Township Police Charge Two For Taking Deposit, Not Doing Work
Jeffrey Colmyer and Tiffany Ciminio took a $40,000 deposit, but never did any work, police said.
Long Beach Township Police Department recently arrested a Little Egg Harbor couple operating under that name who took a $40,000 deposit from the victims for work on their Long Beach Township home in January 2014. But Jeffrey Colmyer and Tiffany Cimino never did any work, police said.
The subsequent police investigation established probable cause to arrest the two owners for theft by failure to make required disposition and conspiracy. Colmyer was later released after posting $10,000 bail and Ciminio was released after posting $5,000 bail, police said.
The two operate under the company names Rayne Construction Management Systems (R.C.M.S.) and Colmyer and Sons Construction, both located in Little Egg Harbor. Any further incidents or information involving these companies within Long Beach Township and/or Barnegat Light, please contact the investigating officer, Detective Patrick Mazzella 609-361-2073.
