Man Caught Performing 'Lewd Acts' At Manahawkin Parking Lot: Police
Austin Mousley, of West Creek, was engaging in "lewd and inappropriate" acts in plain view of the public, Stafford police said.
MANAHAWKIN, NJ — A West Creek man was charged with lewdness after engaging in "inappropriate acts" in the parking lot of the Manahawkin Ulta Beauty, Stafford police said.
Austin Mousley, 24, was performing lewd acts in plain view of the public at around 4 p.m. on Feb. 23, according to a police news release. Police did not share details of the lewd acts.
Anonymous victims reported Mousley's behavior to police. They also provided a description of Mousley and his vehicle, as he had left the scene before police arrived, according to the news release.

Through investigation, police identified Mousley as the suspect. He was arrested and charged with lewdness, and released pending a future appearance at Stafford Township Municipal Court.
