LITTLE EGG HARBOR, N.J. — A man exposed his genitals, grabbed himself and yelled obscenities at patrons at Wawa in Little Egg Harbor on Tuesday night, according to police. Authorities had to go to Wawa twice to deal with Jason Cramer before charging him with lewdness, according to police.

Police first went to the location at about 9 p.m. for reports of a man acting suspiciously, officials said. After officers spoke with Cramer, he was sent on his way and was supposed to make arrangements to get home, police said.

But police said they had to return to Wawa 15 minutes later to deal with Cramer. Witnesses told police Cramer pulled his pants down to expose himself. They told officials Cramer was also in front of the store "fighting with himself," punching his face and scratching his eyes.
