This Manahawkin Restaurant Is One Of NJ's Best In 2022: Yelp

MANAHAWKIN, NJ — The region is full of delicious restaurants of all varieties, but according to the reviews, this Manahawkin spot was one of the best in the state this year.

For the first time, review website Yelp has put together a list called Top 100 Places to Eat in New Jersey in 2022. Using a number of factors, including the total volume and ratings of reviews this year, Yelp curated a list of the community's favorite restaurants. These restaurants range from health food to diners; breakfast to dessert.

Coming in at number 41 is Manahawkin's own La Cabañita. This Mexican restaurant, located at 621 E. Bay Ave., serves a variety of authentic dishes, ranging from breakfast to dinner.

You can order traditional plates like sopes or tongue tacos, or try some more Tex-Mex style dishes like fajitas or chimichangas.

The restaurant has an overall five-star rating on Yelp, with many reviewers citing their huge portions and location near Long Beach Island as major pluses.

Several other nearby places made Yelp's list as well.
