'Manahopkin' Craft Beer And Music Festival On Tap For Saturday In Manahawkin

Want to sample a variety of local beers, including offerings from the Ship Bottom Brewery and the Pinelands Brewing Company?

Then come to "Manahopkin" on Saturday at Manahawkin Lake to sample some of South Jersey's finest. Fifteen breweries will be on hand with samples of their creations from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m., according to the event's Facebook page.

But you won't be just drinking. A variety of foods will also be available, including ice cream, hot dogs, funnel cakes and cotton candy.

This year's event will be open to the public. Non-drinkers will not be charged for entering the park and being part of the festival.

Drinkers will be required to buy a glass and tickets for beer samples, which allows them to sample sa many beers as they want.

Advanced tickets for beer drinkers will include:

• Access to the beer tents - 1-7pm
• Manahopkin Logo'ed tasting glass
• 12 beer sample tickets
• Option to buy a Manahopkin t-shirt for $15 (available until July 15th)

VIP provides in addition to above:

• Access to VIP tent 1 hour early, starting at noon
• Free food pairing
• Event T-shirt
