BARNEGAT-MANAHAWKIN, NJ — Welcome to the Sept. 5 edition of Monday Manual, highlighting important and fun events going on this week in Barnegat and Manahawkin.

Sept. 12

The Barnegat Zoning Board meets at 7 p.m.

The Stafford Township Board of Education meets at 7:30 p.m. On the agenda is a resolution formally opposing the controversial 2020 Comprehensive Health and Physical Education Standards.

The Southern Regional Board of Education meets at 7 p.m.

Sept. 15

The weekly Barnegat Farmers Market will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 14 Birdsall Street.

STAC and Alborada Spanish Dance Theatre presents "Inspiraciones'" A beautiful and inspiring show of Flamenco and Classical Spanish Dancers Inspired by the Changing Roles of Women through Centuries of Spanish Art from Goya to Picasso and Beyond at 7 p.m.

Sept. 17

Pirate's Day returns to Russell O. Brackman School from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
