Motorcycle Club Donates To Barnegat's Jeff's Camp

Allegiance South LEMC held a bike run earlier in the summer for Jeff's Camp and were able to present the nonprofit with money raised.

BARNEGAT, NJ — A local motorcycle club presented Barnegat charity Jeff's Camp with a $500 donation to support veterans.

Earlier in the summer, Allegiance LEMC held a bike run as a fundraiser for Jeff's Camp. On Aug. 27, Allegiance LEMC President Ken Ferm and members of the motorcycle club presented the donation on behalf of the club.

"Thank you to Allegiance South LEMC for your donation and your support!" Jeff's Camp wrote in a press release.

Jeff's Camp's next fundraiser will be the "Hot Rods for Heroes" car show and barbecue on Sept. 28 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. It will be held at the Jeff's Camp site, 308 Route 72 in Barnegat. There is no charge for vehicles to enter, but tickets for the barbecue are $15.
