Motorcyclist Killed In Crash With Deer In Barnegat: Police
The 63-year-old motorcyclist was heading south on Warren Grove Road when a deer ran onto the roadway, police said.
BARNEGAT, NJ — A motorcyclist was killed Thursday night after colliding with a deer on the road, Barnegat police said.
The 63-year-old man was riding south on County Route 610 (Warren Grove Road) at 7:30 p.m. on May 9 when a deer entered the roadway from the east, police said. The motorcyclist and the deer collided.
He was taken to Southern Ocean Medical Center where he died from his injuries, police said.

The Ocean County Sheriff's Department Crime Scene Investigation unit responded along with Barnegat Fire and Quality Medical Transport along with Hackensack Meridian Paramedics.
The accident is under investigation by the Barnegat Township Traffic Safety Unit.
