Want to save some money this month?
Head over to the Barnegat municipal building on West Bay Avenue and pick up your "Buy in Barnegat" discount cards at the Township Clerk's Office.
The program starts today and runs through Oct. 31, Township Clerk Sharon Auer said.

The program is open to both residents and non-residents. Participating merchants will offer discounts ranging from five percent to 20 percent, Auer said.
A list of participating merchants, their discounts and exclusions will be provided to anyone who signs up. The information can also be found at www.barnegat.net.Anyone with a card from the previous program that ran in May can still use that card. Participating businesses will display "Buy in Barnegat" in their stores, Auer said.
The discounts cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.
