Opening Day For Barnegat Farmers Market Postponed

BARNEGAT, NJ — The popular Barnegat Farmers Market won't be returning Thursday due to rain and wind in the forecast.

Instead, the market's opening day will be moved until June 29, according to an email vendors received Wednesday morning.

The market is held at 14 Birdsall St., across from the firehouse. It runs every Thursday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

This year's farmers are Stillwell Farms, Krowicki Farms, Eckert Farm and Sassafras Hill Farm.
