Pedestrian Struck On Dolphin Way In Waretown
Fire department needed to extricate victim from windshield, reports say.
A pedestrian who was struck by a car in Waretown was reported to be trapped in the vehicle’s windshield and had to be extricated by the fire department, according to the Ocean County Police, Fire & EMS Facebook page.
The accident happened about an hour ago at 5 Dolphin Way. A helicopter has been requested to airlift the victim, the report says.
