Pre-Paving Work To Begin In Barnegat
Pre-paving work for West Bay Avenue is set to begin on Oct. 31. Prepare for lane shifts and use caution in the area.
BARNEGAT, NJ — West Bay Avenue is going to be paved, with pre-paving work set to begin Monday night, according to the township.
"Pre- paving work will begin Monday with work continuing Tuesday through Thursday nights," Barnegat officials said in a Nixle alert.
West Bay, a county road, will be paved from Sandpiper to Route 9, according to the township.

Officials advised to be cautious and be prepared for lane shifts and congestion.
"Please excuse the inconvenience that will lead to the improvement of a vital artery in our town," the alert said.
