Stafford Approves New Chick-fil-A, Panera
The Planning Board approved the application at Wednesday's meeting.

Stafford will soon have two more places to eat Monday through Saturday and one more place to eat on Sundays. The Stafford Township Planning Board approved the application Wednesday for a new Chick-fil-A and Panera Bread, the clerk's office confirmed.
The restaurants will open on 434 Route 72 West, according to Jersey Shore Online. Currently, the nearest Chick-fil-A locations are in Brick, Howell and Galloway. The closest Panera is in Toms River.
"The timetable (for opening) would be as quickly as humanly possible," said Eric Goldstein, an attorney for Parsi Investments, LLC, who owns the property. "We don't have an exact date yet."
