Stafford Cops Use Tire Spikes To Stop Three Accused Of Firing Shots Into Pemberton Township Home

A child inside the house received minor injuries from breaking glass.

Stafford Township police officers were instrumental in stopping two men and a juvenile accused of firing shots inside a Pemberton Township home recently, according to the Burlington County Times.

Stafford police were able to stop the men‘s vehicle on Route 72 by placing tire spikes on the roadway in the early morning hours of Oct. 24. State police and Pemberton police assisted and took Adam Clark, 22, Tifani Young Jr., 21 and a 17-year-old juvenile into custody.

Police responded to the home in the 200 block of Kinsey Road at 1:15 a.m. on a report of shots fired into the house. A 9-year-old boy received minor injuries from shattered glass after the shooting, police said.

Clark and Young were both charged with aggravated assault and weapons charges. They were taken to the Burlington County Jail in lieu of $50,000 cash bail each.
