Stafford, Southern Schools Set For Delayed Openings Monday
The two districts said schools will have a delayed opening; frigid temperatures and icy roads are anticipated in the morning.
STAFFORD TOWNSHIP, NJ — As cleanup from Saturday's blizzard continues in Stafford Township and surrounding towns, officials have announced delayed openings for Monday.
The Southern Regional School District announced it will have a two-hour delayed opening, and the Stafford Township schools also will have a two-hour delayed opening as well, the districts said.
The Stafford Township Schools have the following start times:

- Intermediate School - 9:47 a.m.
- McKinley Avenue - 9:52 a.m.
- Ocean Acres Elementary - 10:45 a.m.
- Primary Learning Center - 10:55 a.m.
- Oxycocus Elementary - 10:55 a.m.
The Stafford schools' Extended Day sites and morning enrichment classes are canceled, officials said.
The Ocean County Vocational-Technical Schools are closed on Monday.
